The Tatau Le Toa Inc Booking Policy & Rates

Deposit and Reschedule Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposits must be made to secure bookings.
  • The deposit will be applied to final balance at the completion of tattoo if the original booking is honored.

A Client forfeits their deposit when they:

  • No Show
  • Arrive to their tattoo late by more than 1 hour
  • Cancel the tattoo
  • Reschedule with less than 30 days’ notice

In the case of a forfeited deposit, a new non-refundable deposit will be required to reschedule.

Please respect the artist, their booking manager and this policy.

Late Arrival Policy

30-60 Minutes Late

A Late Arrival Fee of $250.00 will added to the day’s invoice.

Greater Than 60 Minutes Late

As above, the client forfeits the deposit. 

The tattoo artist will be decided whether rescheduling is necessary or the tattoo session can continue that day as planned.

Tattoo Design

Please note Tattoo Designs will be booked into the schedule like any other tattoo to guarantee dedicated time for the artist and a delivery date for the client. Signed Consent including Copyright is required to book.
